Grilled Pork Chop, Sautéed Kale & Mashed Potatoes
- Pork chop (center cut double thick pork chop, salt, pepper)
- Sautéed kale (kale, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper)
- Mash potatoes (yukon gold potatoes, sour cream, butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, scallions)
Remove lid and place container in microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes or until warm. Take out, stir sides and return to microwave for 30 seconds on medium heat. Enjoy!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove contents from container and place in oven safe dish. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes or until desired temperature. Enjoy!
