Eggplant Parmesan & Sautéed Kale
- Eggplant (eggplant, panko bread crumb, flour, egg)
- Tomato sauce (crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic)
- Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese
- Kale (kale, garlic, canola oil, olive oil, salt, pepper)
Remove lid and place container in microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes or until warm. Take out, stir sides and return to microwave for 30 seconds on medium heat. Enjoy!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove contents from container and place in oven safe dish. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes or until desired temperature. Enjoy!
